Dan is the founder and Director of Not Just Another Agency Ltd. and Business Awards UK. Dan’s extensive C-level career in marketing, CRO, SEO and e-commerce form the foundations of both companies.

As Director, Mark oversees the development and operational functions of the NJAA companies, having many years of C-level and Director experience in marketing, SEO, content, automation and web development.
Kate Byrne
Managing Director
A proven leader with extensive high level experience in online retail and wholesale, ecommerce and digital business development, Kate came into the business as Operations Manager, and became Managing Director after overseeing a period of unprecedented growth.

Content Marketing Manager
With a 13-year ecommerce background spanning multiple sectors and experience in all areas of content & marketing, Dan brings a breadth of knowledge to his role as Content Marketing Manager.
