What has been the biggest challenge you have overcome?
One of the biggest challenges we’ve overcome is demonstrating the practical and responsible application of AI in a way that fosters trust and adoption. In a loud and crowded market space, it can be really difficult for people to know who to turn to and who to trust. We’ve addressed this by prioritizing user-friendly interfaces, explainable analytics, and a focus on augmenting human intelligence, not replacing it, through assistive intelligence. We work hard at trying to educate the market about what AI can do, and more importantly, what it can’t do. We also actively work with stakeholders to understand their concerns about AI and build solutions that address them. Building and maintaining that trust while navigating a rapidly evolving technological landscape has been key to our success.
