Our 2025 Cambridgeshire Business Awards Winners

In the Construction and Engineering sector, Allbright Property Maintenance Ltd earned the title of Contractor of the Year for their multi-trade capability and consistent delivery of high-quality workmanship. As a family-run business with strong local ties, their reliability and personal service have set them apart among landlords, homeowners and property managers.

In the Pet and Animal Care category, Cambridge Hydrotherapy Centre was named Family Run Business of the Year. Their highly specialist rehabilitation services, backed by years of veterinary expertise, offer both pets and owners a supportive and professional care experience tailored to individual needs.

CG Cambridge Ltd took home the award for Residential Cleaning Service of the Year in the Cleaning Services sector. Founded in 2023 by Adele Furness, the business has quickly built a reputation for trust, skill and inclusivity. Their unique profit-sharing model and people-first ethos have helped shape a motivated, close-knit team delivering specialist cleaning services across the city.

In the IT and Services category, CSLN Group Ltd was named IT Services Company of the Year. Known for delivering secure and scalable IT infrastructure, CSLN Group supports local businesses with cybersecurity, cloud solutions, communications and managed support, enabling long-term growth through technology.

Also recognised in the Pet and Animal Care sector, Family Pet Care received the award for Best Pet Care and Accessories. From a small home-run service to a thriving daycare licensed for 35 dogs a day, the business has grown around the values of trust, community, and a deep passion for animal wellbeing.

Samantha Thurlow of InCollaboration won Businesswoman of the Year in the Women in Business category. Her entrepreneurial resilience and client-focused mindset have helped grow her agency into a hub of support for fellow women in business. Her new membership programme offers practical help to female entrepreneurs at a pivotal stage in their journey.

In the Retail sector, Oakington Garden Centre was awarded Independent Retailer of the Year. With exceptional service, homegrown produce and a thriving café offering locally sourced meals, this long-established family business continues to evolve while keeping customer care at its core.

In the Family Business category, Phoenix Clearance and Removals was recognised as Newcomer Family Business. Co-founded by Chloe Hillback, the company has built a reputation for personal service, smart use of technology and a strong community focus. Their expansion into new markets is underpinned by a customer-first philosophy and consistent five-star reviews.

The Sports and Fitness award for Gym of the Year went to Snap Fitness March. Their round-the-clock access, welcoming staff and inclusive approach have helped build a loyal membership base that values convenience and wellbeing in equal measure.

Recognised again in the Pet and Animal Care sector, The Cambridge Dog Boutique was named Best Pet Grooming Business. With a clear focus on animal comfort, safety and service quality, their grooming studio has earned a strong local following and consistent praise for professionalism.

Finally, in the Property category, Young Residential Estate Agents secured the award for Sales Estate Agent of the Year. Their modern, client-centred approach and strong local knowledge have made them a trusted partner for buyers and sellers across Cambridgeshire.
