Celebrating Our 2026 Digital Transformation Awards Winners

Digital transformation is not just about adopting new tools; it is about using technology to create better systems, sharper customer experiences, and more scalable ways of working. The 2026 Digital Transformation Awards recognise businesses and leaders delivering change through AI, automation, cloud platforms, digital strategy, and customer-focused innovation.

Our 2026 Digital Transformation Award Winners

Winning Digital Transformation Project of the Year, Everflow impressed with Project Merlin, a unified digital ecosystem designed to simplify utilities management and improve frontline service delivery. By bringing operational knowledge, regulatory guidance, and internal expertise into one platform, supported by its AI-powered internal chatbot EvieAI, the project has helped reduce case resolution times, cut call waiting times, and give customer service teams faster access to accurate information. This is a strong example of digital transformation being used to solve real operational challenges while improving both employee confidence and customer experience.

Strong digital strategy is about more than modernising individual platforms, and Sergei Lishchenko of ViewTrade earned the Leadership in Digital Strategy award for a strategic approach that reshaped financial technology infrastructure at an architectural level. His work on unified dashboards, API-first systems, identity orchestration, onboarding infrastructure, and multilingual digital deployment has helped reduce fragmentation and support more scalable, governed, and globally adaptable operations. It is a clear example of digital leadership focused on long-term capability rather than surface-level digitisation.

The Innovation in Digital Transformation award went to Vivanti for AVA AI Trainer, an AI-driven simulation platform created to help pharmaceutical representatives prepare for complex healthcare professional conversations. Using lifelike avatar interactions and a multi-agent AI framework, the platform enables representatives to practise evidence-based discussions, respond to objections, and receive structured feedback before entering the field. This stands out as a thoughtful use of AI in a highly regulated environment, supporting better preparation, clearer communication, and more consistent professional readiness.

Awarded the Digital Transformation Growth Award, Network Ltd demonstrated the long-term impact of bespoke digital systems through its work supporting Staircraft’s growth from a smaller manufacturing business into a major European staircase manufacturer. Its custom management systems have evolved over more than 15 years, supporting production planning, order tracking, logistics, reporting, and workflow management. This win reflects not only technical development, but also the value of sustained digital partnership, where systems grow alongside the business they are built to support.

Winning the Client Satisfaction Award, MetaEdge Marketing showed how digital transformation can be made accessible and commercially meaningful for SMEs. Its work combines website development, performance marketing, analytics, conversion tracking, and digital product architecture to help smaller businesses move away from fragmented digital activity and towards measurable growth systems. With client work generating substantial measurable revenue and a strong emphasis on practical guidance, transparency, and long-term support, this award recognises a client-focused approach to transformation that turns strategy into real-world results.

Building Better Business Through Digital Change

The winners and finalists of the Digital Transformation Awards show just how wide-ranging meaningful digital progress can be. Across this year’s entries, we saw technology being used to reduce delays, improve service quality, strengthen internal knowledge sharing, modernise legacy processes, and help teams work with greater confidence and consistency.

What stands out is the practical nature of these achievements. From AI-supported employee tools and cloud-based operational systems to API-led infrastructure, digital training simulations, and SME growth platforms, the work recognised this year shows that transformation is most valuable when it is tied to measurable outcomes. These are not changes made for the sake of appearing modern; they are projects built around efficiency, scalability, communication, governance, and customer value.

Business Awards UK congratulates all our Winners and Finalists on their achievements. Their work reflects the continued importance of digital transformation as a driver of stronger businesses, better client experiences, and more resilient ways of working.
