Ability Consultancy NW Ltd was recognised as Business Training and Education of the Year in the Business Training and Education Awards, thanks to their inclusive training programmes that reshape how businesses and schools understand disability. Led by Claire Buckle, their in-person and digital courses, motivational talks, and school initiatives make disability awareness accessible, engaging, and empowering across all sectors.

Innovation was front and centre for Ability Digital Ltd, winners of Tech Innovation of the Year in the Technology Awards. The Best Pet Grooming Business award in the Pet and Animal Care Awards went to Beauty from the Beast. Since launching in 2022, they’ve built a loyal client base across dogs, cats, rabbits and more. With qualifications, apprenticeships, and a bespoke menu of spa treatments, this Blackburn-based business delivers expertise, care, and creativity in equal measure.

BPS Fluid Power & Automation earned the title of Family Business of the Year in the Family Business Awards. With over 35 years of industry experience, the business has achieved record-breaking growth while retaining its core values. Their recent transition to a new generation of family leadership, focus on staff wellbeing, and strong community contributions set a benchmark for long-term, people-first success.

Clint Walker of ECO Approach Ltd was awarded Newcomer Business Leader of the Year in the Business Leader Awards. The award for Hair Salon of the Year in the Hair and Beauty Awards went to Headquarters Hair and Beauty. With over 40 years of legacy and a team of loyal, long-standing stylists, the salon blends modern techniques with a family-like atmosphere. JGM Electrical Services (Fylde) Ltd took home Electrical Company of the Year in the Trades Professionals Awards. Founded by Jack Morrison at just 23, JGM has grown through innovation, training, and community engagement. Their recent investment in a new showroom and focus on apprenticeships demonstrate a clear vision for future growth.

LINK Security NW Ltd was honoured with Security Company of the Year in the Security Awards for their reliable delivery of event and site security across Lancashire. Known for professionalism and a strong track record, their presence at high-profile events continues to earn the trust of both local businesses and national organisers.

The Newcomer Business Consultancy of the Year award in the Business Consultancy Awards went to MAKE NW LIMITED.
