Our 2026 Oxfordshire Business Award Winners
A straightforward and customer-focused approach has earned Xtreme Motors Ltd the title of Car Sales Business of the Year in the Automotive Awards. Owner Ricardo Veloso remains personally involved throughout the customer journey, placing particular emphasis on honest vehicle preparation, clear communication and resolving concerns fairly after a sale. The company’s growing base of repeat customers and word-of-mouth referrals reflects the trust it has established among car buyers across Oxford and the surrounding area.
Two decades of experience, combined with considerable recent growth, distinguish Remedy Marketing as Business Consultancy of the Year in the Business Consultancy Awards. Its proof-led approach helps organisations turn customer evidence and industry expertise into stronger positioning, sales conversations and commercial opportunities. Revenue has more than trebled over the past two years, while long-standing client relationships and repeat engagements demonstrate the practical value and trust that underpin the consultancy’s work.
Strong early commercial performance secured Five To Nine Creative the Newcomer Business Consultancy of the Year award in the Business Consultancy Awards. Founded by Nicole Gray in September 2025, the personal-branding consultancy works with founders who have often been overlooked by the wider industry. In its first seven months, the business developed £168,000 in committed recurring annual revenue, maintained complete client retention and attracted a 300-person inbound waiting list, all without outbound marketing expenditure.
Local knowledge and detailed operational oversight are central to the success of Pass The Keys, named Property Management Firm of the Year in the Property Awards. Led in Oxford by Nicole Conn, the territory manages a portfolio of up to 50 centrally located properties and consistently performs strongly in occupancy, booking value and client satisfaction. Surpassing £1 million in Net Booking Value during the past year reflects a model that combines responsive guest support, flexible booking arrangements, dynamic pricing and a detailed understanding of Oxford’s visitor economy.
Clinical knowledge, lived experience and a clear commitment to accessible support define Onyx Therapy Ltd, winner of Women Owned Business of the Year in the Women in Business Awards. Co-founded by two neurodivergent women with professional backgrounds in occupational therapy and speech and language therapy, the organisation provides neuroaffirming, trauma-informed and strengths-based services. Its work with individuals, families, schools and local authorities extends beyond direct therapy to include training, practical resources and support for embedding meaningful strategies into everyday environments.
Celebrating Oxfordshire’s Business Community
This year’s winners demonstrate the varied forms that effective business leadership can take. Their achievements include earning customer confidence in traditionally challenging purchasing decisions, transforming expertise into commercial growth, building demand at an early stage and managing complex services with consistency and personal accountability.
The results also reflect the value of combining specialist knowledge with a detailed understanding of clients, customers and communities. Whether supporting property owners, founders, car buyers or neurodivergent individuals and their families, these Oxfordshire businesses have developed approaches that are commercially credible while remaining responsive to the people who rely on them.
Business Awards UK congratulates all our 2026 Oxfordshire winners. Their accomplishments provide a strong representation of the region’s established expertise, emerging enterprise and commitment to dependable, purposeful service.
