Their careers programme begins in Year 7 and is integrated throughout the curriculum. With 100% of students applying to university and a strong track record of placements at first-choice institutions, the school’s work is grounded in deep, individual understanding of student ambitions and the challenges they face. These include high mobility, additional needs and international backgrounds.

Explore Learning was recognised for Best Use of Technology. Their Compass platform leverages AI to adapt maths and English content in real time for over 50,000 children. Designed with both accessibility and engagement in mind, the tool incorporates live assessment, progress tracking and gamified elements. Independent data shows that consistent Compass use leads to academic progress well above national averages, particularly at GCSE level.

Framlingham College received the Community Impact Award. The school’s volunteering programme delivers over 10,000 hours annually, while its partnerships with local charities and schools provide tangible support and shared opportunities. From food bank drives to accessible arts events, Framlingham’s outreach demonstrates a clear and ongoing commitment to social value.

MindLab Coaching was recognised as Best for Adult Learning. Led by a qualified sport psychologist and trauma-informed coach, their somatic, polyvagal-informed approach helps adult learners regulate stress, prevent burnout and build resilience. MK Dance was awarded Best Family Business. The school combines accredited dance education with a consistent, family-led ethos that builds confidence and character. With a 100% exam pass rate and progression routes into top institutions and national teams, the school also stands out for its inclusivity, emotional support and strong community links. Its leadership demonstrates lived understanding of neurodiversity and the importance of accessible learning.

The Most Individualised Education award went to Edinburgh Finishing School. With small class sizes and a bespoke curriculum focusing on confidence, etiquette and emotional intelligence, the school delivers a unique form of social education. Sessions are hosted in prestigious venues and built around scenario-based learning, with consistent parental engagement. The result is a carefully considered programme that meets young people where they are.

Total Advisor LTD was awarded Best Traineeship Provider. Their accredited programme provides hands-on mentorship for aspiring tax professionals, guiding learners through the full process of becoming HMRC-authorised agents. With over 100 graduates to date, the course is built around practical compliance skills, ethical standards and professional development, and is supported by consistently strong learner feedback.

Eximia received the award for Fastest Business Growth. The organisation has expanded steadily since launching in 2020 and is built on the founder’s experience of operational leadership in schools. It provides expert support across safeguarding, HR, governance and SEND, often stepping in during critical moments for schools. The 262% revenue growth in the first year, followed by sustained increases, reflects a growing reputation for practical impact, transparency and high standards.

The Rising Star Award was given to Tactical Medical Rescue Ltd. Their tactical medical training bridges the gap between emergency care and high-pressure environments. It prepares police, military and first responders for complex real-world scenarios. The curriculum incorporates immersive simulation and ongoing skills development, with a measurable impact on incident outcomes and inter-agency collaboration.
