A recognised advocate for neurodivergent-friendly business practices, Natalie’s leadership is characterised by empathy, clarity and accessibility. Her rebrand and continued international growth reflect a deep understanding of how marketing can empower rather than overwhelm.
In the Business Leader Awards, EDF Group – Hinkley Point C received recognition for its role in delivering one of the UK’s most significant infrastructure projects. The development of Hinkley Point C has not only created thousands of skilled jobs but has also contributed to long-term energy security and economic growth. With a strong focus on training, regional investment and sustainability, the project has exceeded expectations in delivering both local and national impact.
For over two decades, The Somerset Toiletry Co has developed a reputation for quality and sustainability, earning them the title of Family Business of the Year in the Family Business Awards. The company’s success is rooted in its commitment to local production, ethical sourcing and thoughtful design. With products sold in over 50 countries, the business remains grounded in its Somerset origins while maintaining a global outlook.
Bespoke Manufacturing Ltd. was named Manufacturer of the Year in the Manufacturing Awards. Specialising in antibacterial and UV-stable dispensers, the company supplies a broad range of businesses across the region. Their reliable, functional products play an important role in hygiene and operations, offering practical support to Somerset’s commercial landscape.
