Securing Best Startup Support Service, Ingage FM Training has become a trusted support arm for businesses in the commercial cleaning and facilities management sector’s providing them with industry specific management training. Their training company delivers tailored courses on management training, wellbeing, disability & inclusion and leadership and much much more equipping clients with the tools and strategies needed to grow with confidence.
Recognised with the Best Social Impact Startup award, Glad Climate has created a membership-based model that funds verified carbon removal while offering consumer discounts. This approach makes climate action accessible and trackable for individuals and small businesses, with a transparent use of funds and partnerships with ethical brands.
The Best AI Innovation award went to RMOK Legal for their client-first commercial law firm, which integrates AI and automation to streamline legal services for startups and scaleups. Developed from lived experience, their product line supports families, individuals, and relationships in a screen-heavy world. With over 50,000 sales across multiple platforms and sustained month-on-month revenue, EMF has built a loyal customer base by solving genuine needs with authenticity.
The Customer Satisfaction Award was awarded to Berkley Hunt, whose consultative recruitment model is built around long-term relationships and deep client engagement. They have established a strong reputation among startups and VC-backed firms for their high-touch service and consistent delivery, backed by client referrals and retention.
MindLab Coaching received the award for Excellence in Remote Work Solutions. Their founder, Andreja Borin, brings trauma-informed expertise to coaching that supports clients in navigating burnout and stress. MindLab’s approach, grounded in neuroscience and delivered through accessible formats, offers practical support for remote professionals.
