These prestigious honours celebrate the agencies setting exemplary standards in property sales and lettings, rental management, and customer service, recognising the trailblazers reshaping our property landscape with unmatched expertise and innovative strides.
Here are your esteemed 2022 winners:
Arun Estates made their mark as Best Large Estate Agent and Best Marketing Campaign, with extraordinary reach and engagement on their property posts, whilst Benjamin Stevens Estate Agents topped the chart with the prestigious Best Residential Estate Agent award.
Lebern Ltd took both Best Use of Technology and Best Photography and Presentation awards, and student accommodation giants Londonist DMC Ltd came out strong with Best Mid-Sized Estate Agent, Best International Estate Agent, and Best Workplace Award.
Cardigan Bay Properties were awarded Best Online Only Estate Agent for their digital only phase, but also Best Hybrid Estate Agent for making the transition into both online and offline business. Douglas Pryce took the the Most Innovative Estate Agency, which spoke to their tenant portal and adoption of the latest in property tech.

Sedge Estate Agents Ltd were awarded for the Best Customer Service Award, and Stephenson Browne proudly took home the title of UK Estate Agent of the Year 2022. Kings Lettings bagged a handful of awards, namely Best Regional Letting Agent, Best Property Management Letting Agent, Best Letting Agent, and Best Social Media Campaign.
Ten Property Agents emerged as the Best Small Estate Agent, and Young Residential was named Best New Estate Agent.

For individual accolades, Dale Anderson from Fabrik Invest Ltd stood head and shoulders above the competition, winning both the Leadership Award and the Rising Star Award. The Best Young Estate Agent award was clinched by Aaron Spencer from Sedge Estate Agents Ltd.
