Our 2026 Warwickshire Business Award Winners

Building a successful agency from a back-bedroom startup into a growing team of eight has earned Emma Sansom of Flamingo Marketing Strategies Ltd the title of Businesswoman of the Year in the Women in Business Awards. Emma sustained and expanded the business through the disruption of the pandemic, later reaching £500,000 in annual turnover while investing consistently in her team’s development. Her preparation for an extended period away from the company, supported by a trusted and capable leadership team, also reflects the strength of the culture and business structure she has created.

A relationship-led approach to recruitment underpins the recognition of Sandie Harrington of Core Recruitment Ltd as CEO or Director of the Year in the Recruitment Awards. Through hands-on leadership, Sandie has helped build a family-run company that prioritises integrity, accountability and long-term partnerships over short-term transactions. Its continued growth through referrals and reputation demonstrates the confidence placed in the business by employers and candidates across Warwickshire.

Rapid growth supported by experienced leadership and digital development secured 3K Financial Accounting & Services Ltd the Accountancy Firm of the Year award in the Accountancy Awards. Since launching in 2022, the firm has developed a portfolio of more than 500 active clients, combining corporate-level financial expertise with an accessible service for SMEs. Its proprietary app, which gives clients easier access to documents, accounts, payroll information and deadline reminders, further supports a modern and practical approach to financial management.

Combining personal advice with carefully applied technology earned Cheylesmore Accountants recognition as Independent Accountant of the Year in the Accountancy Awards. The firm has developed its service beyond traditional compliance, providing support with tax planning, forecasting, valuations and wider commercial decisions. Investment in its own AI-assisted tools has helped reduce average response times and accelerate account preparation while allowing advisers to dedicate more time to meaningful client guidance.

International reach and more than two decades of commercial design experience helped Whiteroom secure Small Business of the Year in the Small Business Awards. The independent agency has delivered over 500 projects across more than ten countries, creating physical brand experiences for lifestyle, performance and luxury clients. Its ability to manage work from strategy and initial concept through to construction and final delivery enables the team to compete effectively with substantially larger agencies while retaining close senior involvement.

Specialist provision for young people who cannot thrive within conventional educational environments earned Bright Outcomes the title of Independent Education Provider of the Year in the Independent Education Awards. Its predominantly one-to-one, in-home model supports learners facing SEND, medical conditions, emotional barriers and school avoidance. By integrating education, wellbeing and safeguarding, the organisation helps young people rebuild confidence, gain qualifications and work towards returning to education, training or employment.

Family values shape both the leadership and day-to-day care delivered by Visiting Angels Warwickshire, winner of Family Business of the Year in the Care Awards. Led by mother and daughter Surj and Raveena, the Henley-in-Arden service combines locally managed relationships with the training and governance of a wider care network. Their emphasis on valuing caregivers, understanding each client personally and preserving dignity demonstrates how the principles of a family business can directly influence the quality of care people receive.

Reliability, clear communication and continued technical development have secured Eclipse Electrical Kenilworth the Electrical Company of the Year award in the Trades Professionals Awards. Established in 2011, the company has grown from a one-person operation into a highly reviewed local contractor serving households, landlords and businesses. Clear quotations, appointment reminders, engineer tracking and a £50 Turn-Up Guarantee complement its expertise in areas including EV charging, smart home technology, battery storage and complex electrical installations.

Progressing from a sixth-form leaver to an accomplished creative professional has made Sophie Miller of We are Truly a deserving recipient of the Rising Star Award in the Creative and Graphic Design Awards. Since joining the agency in 2021, Sophie has developed skills across brand identity, websites, campaigns, social media and print design. Her ability to interpret early ideas and turn them into cohesive, practical creative work reflects both her technical growth and her understanding of what clients need from their visual identity.

Strong early growth and a consistently supportive approach to customers earned Your Man With A Van Nuneaton and Coventry the title of Best Newcomer Small Business in the Small Business Awards. Launched in September 2025 by a husband-and-wife team, the company built its local customer base from the ground up and received more than 100 five-star reviews within its first year. Its willingness to provide practical help beyond the basic requirements of a removal, particularly during stressful or delayed moves, has helped establish trust across Nuneaton, Coventry and the surrounding areas.

Celebrating Warwickshire’s Business Community

This year’s Winners show that business achievement can be demonstrated in many different ways. Some have delivered rapid commercial growth, while others have built their reputations steadily through decades of dependable work. Across the group, technology is being used to make services more accessible, efficient and transparent without losing the personal relationships that customers, clients and communities value.

The awards also recognise the importance of leadership that prepares organisations for the future. Whether developing employees, supporting caregivers, removing barriers to education or building systems that allow a company to operate confidently through change, these Warwickshire Winners have created organisations with strong foundations as well as clear ambitions.

Business Awards UK congratulates all our 2026 Warwickshire Business Award Winners. Their achievements reflect the professionalism, care and practical thinking that continue to support enterprise across the county.
