Initial IT took home the award for IT Services Company of the Year in the IT and Services Awards. Having rebuilt the company with a clear focus on cybersecurity and client-first service, founder Andy Price has created a resilient business model with integrity and clarity at its core.

Young entrepreneur Dr Sarah Bishop of Oxygens was named CEO or Director of the Year in the Manufacturing Awards, a recognition of her strategic leadership in scaling the company’s sustainable manufacturing output and product innovation.

What began as a creative escape from a 9-to-5 has grown into a well-loved events business in Staffordshire. My Perfect Parties founder Chloe Bird, this year’s Young Businesswoman of the Year in the Women in Business Awards, started with bespoke invitations and now offers soft play hire, balloon styling, and wedding décor. Her hands-on approach and eye for detail have helped her build a loyal following and a thriving solo venture grounded in authenticity and determination.
