Workforce stability, professional development and ethical governance distinguish SecurePro as Security Company of the Year in the Security Awards. The Stourbridge-based family business has grown into a nationwide operator while investing in structured training, visible leadership and long-term employment. Its zero RIDDOR-reportable incident record, strong client retention and COP119 accreditation with no non-conformities provide clear evidence of an organisation that treats compliance, staff welfare and operational accountability as connected priorities.

Clear guidance can make a major difference during a property purchase, and this principle sits at the heart of Haydens Residential Surveying, our Small Business of the Year in the Small Business Awards. The founder-led practice combines professional surveying standards with plain-English reports, direct client contact and practical follow-up support. Additional property information and drone inspections are used where appropriate to reduce uncertainty, while findings are explained in terms of priorities, likely consequences and sensible next steps rather than technical detail alone.

Building a luxury fashion and lifestyle brand independently has secured Chennille Williams of Above and Beyond Everything the title of Businesswoman of the Year in the Women in Business Awards. A commitment to safe, inclusive and honest treatment has earned Amandeep Kaur Deol of BareVive Laser and Skin Clinic the Startup Businesswoman of the Year award in the Women in Business Awards. Amandeep established the Wolverhampton clinic using her own investment and has remained closely involved in every part of its operation, from consultations and treatments to bookings and marketing.
