With decades of experience behind the business, Martin Kaine Electrical was named Electrician of the Year. The submission pointed to 40 years in the trade, 20 years of NICEIC registration, previous award recognition and a strong five-star Google rating, all of which speak to consistency, reliability and customer satisfaction. In a field where trust, safety and professional standards are essential, this award recognises a long-standing commitment to dependable electrical work and a reputation built over many years.

Plumbing is often about more than fixing a fault; it is about giving customers confidence that the work has been handled properly. Prime Time Plumbing won Plumber of the Year thanks to a clear focus on craftsmanship, honest communication, punctuality and clean, respectful workmanship. Their background also showed strength in bathroom fitting projects, where precision, coordination and a smooth customer experience are central to the final result. This award recognises a business that treats every home with care and places reliability and customer satisfaction at the core of its work.

Family-run values, resilience and strong aftercare helped Direct Windows earn Glazier of the Year. Established in 1985, the company has built a long-standing reputation across Kent and South East London for professional installations, honest advice and customer support. The business has also shown impressive continuity through difficult circumstances, with the next generation stepping up to modernise systems, improve the customer journey and maintain existing guarantees. Their win reflects both quality glazing work and the integrity of a company that continues to stand by its customers.

For Kitchen Fitter of the Year, Pure Kitchens & Carpentry Ltd stood out for its combination of skilled carpentry, project management and personal service. As a small family-run business serving the New Forest and surrounding areas, the company specialises in kitchen refurbishment and remodelling, managing everything from scheduling and trades coordination to deliveries and final finishes. With Mike’s long-standing carpentry experience and Amelie’s design-led eye for detail, the business has built a strong reputation through word-of-mouth, customer satisfaction and high-quality transformations tailored to each customer’s home.

From apprentice foundations to a growing specialist decorating business, JB Decorating Services (East Anglia) Limited was a worthy winner of Decorator of the Year. The business has grown from domestic projects into larger commercial and specialist work across East Anglia, including retail fit-outs, offices, hospitality venues, schools and contractor-led projects. Their award recognises a strong commitment to workmanship, communication, professionalism and customer relationships, showing how consistent standards can help a trade business grow while keeping quality and care at the centre.
